"I absolutely love Chick-fil-A and it's definitely my favorite spot for fast food. However, during my last few visits, I've found myself waiting in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes. I understand they have a busy operation, but when you're in a rush, this isn't the most convenient place to stop anymore."
