"We enter the personal 5* category Bansiner Gastronomy: La Posada one of the many restaurants on the promenade and absolute high light. On two floors Mexican flair, including kitchen, sink and bar (plus WC) on the lower floor. High performance for the super-friendly Sevice, this evening at least Spanish origin. I don't like thinking about what's going on here when the bud is full of stairs. Beverages were fast at the table, just a little later the well tempted, steaming hot food. For Uhuline they were Fajitos with chicken breast strips and various vegetables, with 4 warm wheat locustillas, dips, bean mousse and salad. Uhu with Plato La Posada chicken breast, pork steak and hip steak, olive oil fried vegetables, Patatas Bravas and Chimichurri sauce. Both dishes are perfectly tasty and cost-effective to assign to the favorable center. Theo was provided under the table and enjoyed the Allround Careless package that Papa Uhu always wears: DIBO SNACKI MIX (baked mixture of grain, meat and fish) and O 'Canis gluten-free dog cookies from the horse. For this purpose, a strong sip of Ville Thermale's unique mineral water, short Vittle, was served. "Peter punishes us again on Usedom with a rainy weather. We drive to Peenemünde by car and look at the remains of the darkest German history. But such a museum visit also makes hunger. We choose the Pomeranian court in the hope of illuminating the day at least in a culinary way. The Pommersche Hof is centrally located in Heringsdorf on the square of peace. The hotel is an impressive two-storey, white building with an extensive umbrella strap in Kaiserbad style. The restaurant on the ground floor is a conservatory in front of which the outdoor restaurants are located. The pension is modernly furnished. The walls are partly wood-coated on more than three quarters of height. Blue green patterned carpet contrasts on white ceiling. In various niches, beige, patterned benches and also related basket braided chairs group around dark, white covered tables. The large guest room is divided by several semi-high space separators and mirror columns. The establishment of the guest room is not uniform. First he gives himself a little locked, you could think he had contact difficulties. But during the evening he is baptized and open. He understands his craftsmanship. He serves us friendly and attentive, asks if the food is okay and whether it tastes or tastes us. He has a lot to do with cleanliness when the travel companies break up. Nevertheless, his attention does not suffer for us. We also praised him for that. Service: Four stars! We go through the menu that the young man left us. Natural German dishes, partly with regional, pommerschem effect, are offered at moderate prices. In some foods, you can see that the cook wants creativity to flow in, so that it can get rid of traditional German dishes. The young, diligent serviceman noticed for us: for my wife and for me. As a companion drink we choose an open greeting from the kitchen there is not. We wait a reasonable time, then the young man serves the most important foods. The salad dressing consists of radicchio and Frisee with an acidic cream dressing. The fresh carrot salad is made with vinegar and oil. In addition, there are two cucumber slices and two tomato rolls in salad decoration. Rumpsteak from the Pomeranian pasture bark, with a müll-champignon-ragoût and rosemary On my plate there is a pretty Rag Steak on a stretchy part of rosemary. A salad decoration of three different leaf salad varieties and a slice of herbal butter are next to potatoes and meat. In Gargrad, the kitchen didn't meet my pump steak I ordered medium. Steak is medium-sized than medium. But I don't mind. I like to eat a **** pink steak. The steak tastes very well with the herbal butter. The rosemary bells are very well prepared. They seem to have been in the pan longer than my wife's roast potatoes. I like to eat them so well. The Champignon-Shalotten-Ragoût, which was poured over the rosemary flakes, has an aromatic taste and refined the rosemary potato flavor. Both my wife's court and my court are strangled. We season with salt and pepper. We agree that the dishes were prepared by the craftsmanship that they cost and that, apart from the preparation of roast potatoes, nothing could be done decisively better. We're very happy.
