The standout feature of this burrito was that it wasn’t loaded with grease, which is often the case with most burritos. Topped with the right amount of green sauce and shredded cheese, it was a definite home run. **Service:** What struck me about the staff here is that they didn't just act nice — they genuinely were nice. The waitress at Cabo made us feel like we were old friends, creating a warm atmosphere. Our server, Rich, was incredibly friendly and attentive. I’m not sure if it was the beer talking, but I didn't feel pressured to ask him many questions; he was laid-back and offered fantastic recommendations without hesitation, plus a few tasty samples that we appreciated. When I jokingly asked if he was familiar with Conan O'Brien’s “Puppies Dressed as Cats” segment, he laughed and shared his thoughts on one of his favorite Conan clips. **Owner:** Kenny, the owner, was equally great. He sat down next to us and chatted about his background and how authentic Mexican food has always been a vital part of his life. He’s also a beer expert, so the guys had a great discussion about that. **Ambiance:** The space was clean and spacious, well-ventilated, and comfortably cool from the air conditioning. There were a few big screens scattered around, adding to the fun vibe. **Final Thoughts:** You should definitely check out the CABO goodness for yourself! As other reviews have noted, don’t miss their Taco Specials on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for just $2, and all-day Happy Hour on Thursdays with $3 pints and $4 schooners."
