"It’s such a shame that a restaurant (especially a second rate franchise) would turn away customers with service animals in 2023.I would advise that if you are not a Canadian citizen, or have a service animal, you avoid this store as you will be turned away with the owner making up stories about no animals allowed despite the anti-discrimination laws that are in place that state the exact opposite.Perhaps if everyone goes there, takes there service animal, and orders just a glass of water, they will be taught a lesson.My family and I are happy to take our money elsewhere, to shops that appreciate our support and abide by service animal laws."
