"This place shuts from Sunday night to Monday at 17.00. Not good if you arrive on Monday at 15.00. We thought it had closed down permanently, nothing to tell us otherwise.We were about to move on when the manageress arrived. Room was described as view of river and mountain. Pokey ,badly lit room facing the bank.When this was pointed out to the manageress she just gave a look of 'well what do you expect me to do about it'.Not good value for money. Shame really. It is in a beautiful valley. The restaurant is something of a prima Donna. Superb food but at the expense of poor service in the rest of the hotel."
