"Location Right in front of the Naumburg Cathedral in the pedestrian zone, the Mohrencafe offers a tempting lunch table on slate boards in the entrance area. Ambiente The Mohrencafe has existed since 1714. The café/restaurant is past the cake counter. Beautiful ambience, priemeltöpfchen on the tables, cozy sitting areas, a coffee can collection and an already österliche decoration on the window bench invite you to stay. Service All dressed in black, obligatory, but not overwhelmed friendly. Guests were even allowed to stand in the entrance area for a while before they were greeted and offered a table. Food As day offers for the lunch table there were rabbit weaver, duck weaver, Thuringian Bratwurst or Schnitzel. We chose the Thüringer Rostbratwurst with potatoes and sauerkraut (5.90€). The second dish was the calf car with fresh stone chips (brown cap and potatoes (10,90€). The bratwurst went through tastefully, but the calf was visible and almost black on one side burned. The sauce was a finished sauce and the potatoes on both plates were only heated. In the neighboring table there were the rabbit and duck weavers with Redwort and Thüringer Clubs, which in turn looked very delicious. Conclusion: We had just set the wrong horse."
