"Location is remote, which might be an issue in the winter. Apartment was furnished with decent furniture, which was ill placed. A roof window in the bedroom could not be blocked, so forget about sleeping in. The door to the bathroom shower cabin was missing, so water sprayed all over the bathroom floor. The place has no usable WLAN, but just for the fact that they gave us the password, they were happy to charge me 5 EUR. The general feeling was that the guests were an imposition on the owners in the afternoon, no services are offered, and the hosts disappear."
