"The food was excellent, but the service was lacking. The staff frequently complained about being busy, yet I've been to much busier establishments that still managed to offer great service. In our group of six, four of us finished our meals before the last two even received theirs. Additionally, the waitress brought us the wrong orders twice. Even when the last two finally got their meals, there were still errors. We weren’t offered any discounts or compensation for the difficulties we experienced. Due to these problems, I'm hesitant to come back, which is quite disappointing."
