"There are three fairly similar routier restaurants on the N10 in the same area - one south of Chaunay, and two between Couhe and Vivonne. This one is in my opinion the best, and seems to be supported by the numbers of truckers that eat there (second only to the routier in Poitiers). Good fresh buffet with soup, reasonable choice of salad, dish of the day in addition to the standard steak/omelette/jambon, good cheese and reasonable dessert options. All for 12.80 including wine (weekdays). Ample parking, nice open atmosphere, good service."
