"They all get older these gentlemen. While I used to go to ascension with one or the other men's round, either by pedes or by foot, and with one or the other economy enjoying one or the other beer, it has become quiet around the men's day rounds. While the youth is still moving from Kneipe to Kneipe, my men's day to Corona has not even begun to go, there would be the first woes here and there. You'd rather sit in front of the TV and drink his beer. The other, much younger round is now too lazy to run or ride a bike, so one of the dear wives is ready to drive the gentlemen to a selected pub, and to get back in the evening. No, I didn't want to do that, the first one I always have, the second one is too stupid. So I am reassured that we have often used this day together as a family, as I was a lot abroad for assembly. Since our grand was at the Harry Styles concert in Munich, the would-be-in-law with his mates on tour, I suggested to my two other girls to visit the Findlingspark in Nochten in the afternoon, and to travel to Radeberg in the evening to the new Italian. The positive commitment of my girls came promptly, and so we spent the day in family. A call to the new Ristorante Aurora in Radeberg was successful, I had reserved a table for us. Ristorante Aurora Radeberg After our trip to Nochten we went to Radeberg. What has not seen this location all: two ice cream cafés, a breakfast room, a baker, an Italian (I reported: [here link] , and now the next Italian attempts here at this location. The place was closed for a long time, the slices were glued, and only the hint, here comes a new Italian. So we've been excited for a long time, and first reviews from friends have been positive. The fact that the previous guest roses did not survive here is not understandable to me is that the restaurant is located directly on the entrance road from Dresden to Radeberg. Transit is therefore plentiful, parking at the edge of the road is the same. After we had entered the restaurant in the evening, we didn't get so much fun, many tables in the restaurant as well as the small, shaded beer garden were still free. View of the beer garden Guest room with view and passage to the beer garden We immediately noticed the picturesque redesign against the “old” Italian, delicate pastel tones and strong red dominate in the guest room. In addition, a large mural of Sicily, the home of the host is attached. Guest room Wall painting of the Sicilian home of the host The arrangement of the tables and the large bar were still the same as the previous host. The furniture consisted of soft, bright (art leather chairs, the tables are sufficiently large to also accommodate a large pizza for all guests. Between the tables pleasant distance, so you don't get too close. After the old photographs had been taken, it was the same furniture of the predecessor. We were greeted by the boss personally, he also brought us to our table and was also the contact person for us all evening. When serving drinks and food, it is supported by a young, friendly Italian team. Menu extract from the menu The menu was immediately handy and he left us some time to pick up the drinks. After a few minutes he was back at the table and we were able to order our drinks: · 1x 0.5ér Radeberger Pilsner for 4.50 € · 1x 0.33ér Pepsi Cola for 3.50 € · 1x 0.4ér apple choir for 4.20 € · 1x 0.25ér white wine Pinot Grigio for 6.50 € · 1x alcohol-free cocktail “Crodino” for 6.50 € The chef was able to fight through Theke There were 6 antipasti, 2 soups and four different salads as starters. The main foods were selected between 15 pasta dishes, 20 pizzas and 5 meat and fish dishes. Our drink selection of alcohol-free cocktail “Crodino” No 10 minutes later the boss was back at the table, brought the drinks and picked up the order. We ordered: As an appetizer: · 1x Antipasto Misto per Due mixed appetizer plate for two persons with Vitello Tomato, grilled vegetables, Italian cold cut and cheese for 24,50 € As main dish: · 1x Spaghetti Carbonara with egg, bacon of porkshaxe, grana Padano and black pepper for 12,50 € · 1x Penne Gorgonzola We love the antipasti, but here it was something different. Although the plate is well equipped, the grilled paprika used, the eggplants, the zucchini and the grilled tomatoes reminded very strongly of convenience products from the local supermarket. Antipasto Misto with due-mixed balsamico and olive oil to spice off from the tuna cream my wife hates, there was a large stick at each corner, so that the nearby barbecue was also fully lubricated. All the barbecue was cold, which hardens the convenience. To our disappointment there was also only one slice of Italian salami, one slice of ham and one corner of cheese for each. Antipasto Misto via due-mixed appetizer plate There was baguette, which was not necessarily the Bringer, and certainly also comes from the big market. We were very disappointed by this record, and we had eaten much better. The price of 25 euros was not appropriate here at all. Baguette to the appetizer plate Zirka 25 minutes later were our main dishes at the table. The little one had chosen the spaghetti Carbonara as many times since her Italian holiday. According to Wirt, the Carbonara is to be manufactured. The spaghetti were boiled al dente and still slightly firm in the bite. Much of it was on the big plate. Richly garnished with juicy, freshly roasted bacon. a true carbonara The Carbonara looked completely different here than you know in German. If she always remembers me as a relatively bright, almost white sauce with cream, she was more yellowish here. And that's right, because the original Carbonara consists only of egg and bacon, as well as a small shot of white wine. A large bowl of Grana Padano was additionally on the table, and you could sprinkle the cheese as desired. Daughters were more than satisfied and felt relocated in their Italy holiday. That was original Italian spaghetti Carbonara. Spaghetti Carbonara My wife wished the Penne Gorgonzola as she loves this strong cheese over everything. She also accepted the walnuts she doesn't like at all. But she knew that her favorite on her side would eat walnuts rather than other nuts and help her. Otherwise, the penne were again boiled here al dente, so still good and slightly firm in the bite. The cream sauce was mildly spiced and perfectly matched to the black pepper she forgot because of its allergy, which was also perfectly implemented by the kitchen. Penne Gorgonzola noodles give it to me for lunch, and so for me it was clear that it should be a pizza. Actually, I love the hot stuff, but today I let it go milder. With the pizza Aurora I was right there. On a very thin, soft and partly crispy soil a spicy tomato sauce was distributed, the airy edge of the pizza crispy and slightly brown. Pizza Aurora On this spicy tomato sauce there were many slices of mozzarella, which had been perfectly crushed in a pizza oven, then the whole was covered with fresh rocket, small slices of parma ham and fresh tomato cubes. After the pizza came out of the oven, there were still some thin slices of the spicy Grana Padano on top. But also from the glass on the table I could still use myself. Yes, even I had decided correctly today, and my wife's jealous looks were certain to me. Good evidence of additional grated Grana Padano Wherever they eat that while I was tired and satisfied after my pizza, the two girls still wished a dessert. So they ordered once more: · 1x Tiramisu spoon biscuit immersed in coffee marsala Likör and a mascara cream for 7.00 € · 1x Panna Cotta – Vanilla pudding-like with homemade berry sauce and fruit for 7.00 € No 10 minutes later the girls had their dessert standing in front of them. Tiramisu The Tiramisu a dream. It's just a matter of mass. The spoon biscuit passes through beautifully from the coffee-marsala liqueur, from which the biscuit was really ample, and which had it neatly in itself. The creamy mascarpone made the whole a delicious calorie bomb. On top, as usual dark, strong cocoa scattered. Tiramisu With her Panna Cotta the little one was not quite satisfied. Although very deliciously dressed with fresh fruit and the self-made berries sauce, the pudding did not taste so special, or the pudding was too firm to her. I have no idea, and let it stand like that. Panna Cotta Panna Cotta After a good 1.5 hours we were finished at Ristorante Aurora in Radeberg, and I wished the bill. The host informed us that he had to settle guests in the beer garden before. While he broke the guests with a Limoncello on the house outside, I realized that this is a good friend of us, and we tried to make us noticeable what was also possible. Unfortunately without Limoncello on the house like the other guests we were charged and went out to our friend. He had also found himself here with his new girlfriend and his daughter, for the same reasons as I went up. In short, we decided in his garden to meet one or other beer, for the women there was self-made wine. So the Ascension Day was also quite successful and found a worthy conclusion. Our conclusion: we left €110.80 in Ristorante Aurora in Radeberg. A nice team, a great and cozy location. Even the food was good, but the antipasti plate is full of points. And, in our opinion, he doesn't quite approach the predecessor. But that can still be."

"Radeberg is actually the neighboring city of us, but we usually only come to the local beer theatre in the Kaiserhof. Although there are some restaurants in the small towns known throughout Germany by its beer, we rarely come there. Before the last beer theatre visits we wanted to go to the local steak house “Papperlapapp”. Papperlapapp Radeberg This is quite oblique to the Kaiserhof and so far we have not been able to get a place in the evening. But our friends wanted to go to dinner with us for a long time and therefore often started. On this Saturday it should finally work, but only after the first run of the guests who want to enter the beer theatre. For us no problem, we all had time this weekend and were able to start in peace in the second run. We should be in the restaurant just before 7:00, we'll have time all night. Said, with the mobile underset it went to the Radeberger city centre. Experience has shown that during the performances at the Biertheater it is very bad to get a parking space, even the small side streets are parked. We were lucky and got a place on the edge. The last meters went on foot to the poplar lapapp. As the restaurant has come on its name, I don't quite agree, but there are many years now and enjoys high popularity, which also makes the reservations clear. The restaurant is divided into two areas, once an empor and once the area in front of the counter. Each area is served separately by a lady, so there is no confusion. On our arrival a few tables were still available, but this should change in the next few minutes. We were kindly welcomed, the table reservation checked and then brought to our place. View into the dining room and the counter There are different table sizes in the restaurant, so you can eat together and undisturbed as a family, couple or even as a larger group of friends. The tables are sufficiently large and all tables are with tablecloth, napkins and fresh(! Flowers covered. That's something for the eye. On the wide, padded chairs you sit comfortably, so the evening can be held. The menus were handed over by the lady responsible for us, and we had some time left for the drinks. Not only are the obligatory drinks available at a restaurant, in a separate cocktail menu you can choose 14 different cocktails. Cocktail card We decided: Beverages: · 1x Hot chocolate with cream for 3,90 € · 1x 0,33ér Coca Cola for 2,90 € · 1x 0,2ér Tonic for 4,50 € · 1x 0,33ér Radeberger alcohol-free for 2,90 € · 1x cocktail „Touch Down“ for 6,90 € · 1x Pina Colada for 6,90 € The lady floated towards the vinegar, and fled In the meantime, we had the torment of choice in the extensive menu to find the right food for the evening. There are 5 appetizers and 7 other appetizers in the list. Then it goes with 9 different carving variations to 15 dishes of the good-bourgeois, German cuisine to 18 different pizzas and 13 different pasta dishes. Well, that's a big house number, so the kitchen has done something, we're excited. Our drinks were in place after almost 10 minutes, and now we were able to give up our dishes. For example, we should not forget about: · 1x homemade Soljanka with sour cream for 4,90 € · 1x tomato soup with garden herbs and cream cubes for 4,90 € · 3x tomato with mozzarella, basil, balsamico and baguette for 5,90 € main dishes: · 1x tomato The two cocktails were well mixed and had it in themselves. It's called "home-to-home." Cocktail „Touch Down“ and Coca Cola Pina Colada and Coca Cola Since I was the driver today, I had made the Radeberger alcohol-free. Too bad it's just in the bottle, I'm afraid I've already gotten out of the barrel. Since I am a passionate beer drinker, I have to give the Radeberger brewery a real praise here, this alcohol-free Pils finally really tastes for real beer. There are only a few breweries with their alcohol-free trials. Radeberger alcohol-free The soft drinks are served here in small bottles, not like in some other gastro from large PET bottles. The hot chocolate really tasted for chocolate, not only after sweet cocoa powder. A thick layer of whipped cream gave up. Tomato soup To shorten the waiting time for our appetizers, there was a greeting from the kitchen 10 minutes later. Fresh, still warm pizza rolls with a Quark Dip were served here. A nice gesture of the place. Greeting from the kitchen Zirka 30 minutes we had to wait for our appetizers, which is also completely ok with full house. The soups were served in large cups, which were once at the furniture store Höffner and also decorate our local kitchen cabinet. My wife had decided for the tomato soup, and already at the first spoon she moved her face, she sneaked to me, and said “Coste mal”. I did, too, and had to find out that the soup went very far past a heat source or stood in the kitchen for a long time. You could not even say that she is “furtly”. So the waitress called and the soup returned. She was uncomfortable, and she apologized politely. After a few minutes she was back at the table with the same cup, with the same splashes on the edge. It's more obvious that you're not going to make the whole thing warm in the ping. disappointing. Although the soup was very deficient, made from spiced tomatoes and many herbs, warmed in the pot or at least a new cup would be of advantage. Tomato soup coarsely seasoned tomato soup I had decided, as usual, for the homemade Soljanka. This was not hot, but at least it was hot. I think the kitchen's been shaking. But the Soljanka itself was really homemade. Many small, fried sausage pieces and even more onion and peppers in a hearty, thick sauce. So should be a Soljanka. homemade Soljanka plentiful supplement in the Soljanka Our friends chose the tomato with Mozzarella. This is courageous, and the tomatoes no longer taste so stupid this season. The mozzarella was a commercial mozzarella, nothing special. Tomatoes and mozzarella were decorated with fresh basil and balsamico. Instead of fresh baguette, there were two small slices of dehydrated baguette. Tomate with Mozzarella Now we had to practice another 25 minutes in patience, but for that we heard from the kitchen that the carvings are tapped freshly, and thus never come from the bag from wholesale. Then we were astonished what we were doing for portions. Our friend had chosen the carving in the salad nest. This was a large, mid-halved carving on a large mixed salad plate of the season. The carving with plentiful panade around it fried vigorously and dark, the meat not too dry. The salad also abundant with the currently available seasonal varieties such as chicorée, china cabbage, leaf salad, tomato and cucumber as well as corn from the can. Schnitzel in Salatnest – Schnitzel on a large mixed salad plate I had imagined the carving Hungarian style. And that was Hungarian. Here I had two relatively large and thick carvings in a thick crust of panade nicely chess and dark fried with a pikantly sharply spiced letscho on the plate. good roasted carving The letscho was not only simply tipped out of the glass, but also refined with chili and peperoni, as well as the sauce beautifully dressed. The crawling fries perfectly matched with them. plentiful Letscho Schnitzel Hungarian style – scavenger with pikantly seasoned letscho and fries As a supplement there was a plentiful salad plate, which was also prepared here with salad of the season such as iceberg salad, cucumber, paprika and tomato as well as some corn. A light herbal dressing gave him enough spice. Salatteller Unsre's girlfriend had her daughter with her, and she came naturally with male accompaniment. The young gentleman had picked up the Schnitzel Jäger Art and had to show his plate for a photo shoot before he was allowed to eat. Then he could also enjoy his big carving, which was also as good as the other two. On top there were (doses of creamy sauce and crusty fried potato columns or Western potatoes. There was also a salad plate. Schnitzel Jäger Art – with Rahmchampignons and Western potatoes My wife had taken it off to my taste nerves, and ordered the carving of Hawaii. Well, Pfui Deubel. Either sweet or hearty. But tastes are quite different, and sometimes I am sweet, sometimes sour, sometimes (more bitter(t and sometimes hearty, uh heartbreaking). Schnitzel Hawaii – baked with pineapples and cheese, with croquettes She also got a big carving with thick dark fried panade, on top two thick slices of pineapple from the can. All then baked with a Gouda and with parsley(it is not garnished the poison plant of the year. Strong disk pineapple For this gold-yellow croquettes from wholesale. There was also the obligatory salad plate. She was happy, good. Two big pineapples who eats that? Then there was the daughter of our friend, who had picked up the carving Ou four. Here again two dark fried and juicy carvings, which were baked with an adequate mountain of spices and cheese. Schnitzel Ou Four – baked with spices and cheese, plus fries The sausage meat, here from the chicken, consisted of large pieces of meat and a creamy, mild sauce. Of course, the real Dresdner Worcester sauce of excellent on the table stood for the additional wort. Here is also the crawling fries and a salad plate. the only true Worcester sauce the right combination Schnitzel Ou Four and Drsdner Worcester sauce The dishes were plentiful and good. I'm sure you could have done something from the garnish, the eye is eating. But there was the salad plate. As if this was not enough, the 3 ladies and the young gentleman had to order a dessert at the table. Where would that go? In any case, they ordered once again: · 2x egg liqueur Mug – 3 balls ice cream with egg liqueur, Schokosauce and whipped cream at 8,90 € · 1x hot with ice – 3 balls ice cream with hot raspberries and cream for 6,90 € · 1x hot with ice the seniors as above but with 2 balls ice cream for 5,52 € The ice cups lasted just a few minutes and were ok. But we're not in an Italian ice cream café. Egg liqueur cups Hot with ice whether the two ladies are meant by it; After a lot of 2 hours we left tired and (almost satisfied the place. Until the mistake with the cold soup we were satisfied. Our son-in-law would have found his carving paradise here. See if an invitation follows. Our conclusion: we left €5 209.42 in Radeberger Papperlapapp. Natural cuisine, a large menu, large and good portions. Only the mistake with the soup should not happen. The place clean, the operation friendly though sometimes scattered. But this is certainly also due to the stress of such an evening with two passages at full house."

"It's our theatre week. Together with our friends, we should go back to the Radeberger Biertheater in the “Kaiserhof” after a long time. It was the new piece Man n never learns! If Neumann's 2x ringing. Since last times the food served there on the large hall did not necessarily taste and rather reminded us of a large system gastronomy, we were looking for the nearby “Pilsfaß”. However, I would also like to emphasise that we have not yet been eating in the “Kaiserhof” itself, and the foods there, which differ from the room according to the map, therefore do not want to be bad. After all, the “Kaiserhof” is also known as Radeberger Brauerei Ausschank. And only here is a special speciality, the gusset beer. Freshly from the barrel, the “unfiltrated” Radeberger extinguishes the thirst. Lovers appreciate pleasure! without comment ; After we got rid of our mobile sets near the Biertheater in Radeberger Downtown, we met at the “Pilsfaß”. On a table in front of the restaurant it was pointed out that the restaurant is closed today because of closed company. We've been stubborn for the first time, should our phone order have gone? No, of course not, but with us 6 men were still two larger class meetings and another company in the restaurant, so this was booked up to the last place. Guest room covered for a class meeting View to the Tresen We were kindly greeted by a team of several young ladies, and placed right opposite the counter. From here you also have a wonderful view of the open kitchen where the dishes are freshly made. However, this place also had considerable disadvantages. Since the “Pilsfaß” also offers catering, and this evening also very strongly flourished, around our table was always hustle and bustle, and as the transporters had to be loaded in front of the door, the entrance door was always open. Single table with view to the entrance So it pulled quite uncomfortable at our place. Another disadvantage, since the suction system in the kitchen was either not working properly or shut off, a fairly frying dunst pulled through the front part of the restaurant. In retrospect, our stuff smelled accordingly. View into the open kitchen Otherwise also at the interior has not done much to our last visit, one sits on cozy chairs and has plenty of space at the sufficiently wide tables. Guest room View of Theke The menu was immediately served, and the drinks were also asked. Much has not changed in the map for our last visit, but unfortunately there is no longer the bad Wachauer Landbier. The menu is still very extensive, so everyone should find something for their taste. We first ordered as drinks: · 1x 0.4ér Freiberger Edelkeller Light natural beer, full-bodied and slowly matured according to old recipe for 3,60 € · 2x 0.4ér Freiberger Radler for each 3,60 € · 1x Lübzer Pilsner from the 0,5ér bottle for 3,80 € · 1x 0.4ér Oberlauer Mineral water for 3,20 € The lady disappeared behind the counters and our drinks were prepared. In the meantime we were able to choose our main dishes, and after our drinks were in the place we ordered: as starters: · 1x soljanka sweet soup with roasted sausage strips, onions, peppers and cucumbers, refined with sour cream for 4,90 € · 2x tomato cream soup with stewed pork In doing so, much of us in the gifted cyclist a not inconsiderable difference in the filling quantity. That should not happen at least at a table. Otherwise, however, the Freiberger Radler is a delicious natural beet cyclist with 2.5 alcohol content and a wonderfully herb fruity taste, and very spicy with real lemon juice. I like to drink this on a hot summer evening nicely chilled in the local garden. The Freiberger Brauerei now also offers this in the barrel. Freiberger Radler here already cost someone? But today I chose the Freiberger Edelkeller. This is a slightly natural beer, which tastes full-bodied and, according to Freiberger Brauhaus, is slowly matured according to old recipe. And since there was the Radeberger Zwick in the Radeberger Biertheater afterwards, this was a successful entry into the beer evening. Only the barn was not according to my wife's taste. Too bad, we don't know that. So it also came that she held a glass on this one all night. That's why she drank her latte Macciato. Scheurebe meets Freiberger Edelkeller Latte Macciato without calculation? Approximately 35 minutes after our order, our appetizers finally came to the table. Since the place was now full of breaks, however, they always came so clecky. So it came that a tomato soup was forgotten. Since we sat right next to the tresen, we also got that the tomato soup is now out. Then we asked again vigorously what about the last missing soup. I don't know what table that was then painted, at least after a few minutes the seemingly last tomato soup of the evening was at the table. How can that happen? I chose the Soljanka, a typical East German appetizer. This is a sweet soup with various roasted sausage strips, onions, peppers and cucumbers, which is further refined with acidic cream and lemon. Sausage insert in the Soljanka My Soljanka was provided with plenty of sausage strips and acidic cucumbers, which is slightly sharp, but I was missing from the soup. Here too much cucumber water was probably taken to wort, because the too thin sauce was clearly too cucumbery. Too bad you should get better in our latitudes. The associated baguette was fresh and crispy. Soljanka sweet soup with roasted sausage strips, onions, peppers and cucumbers, refined with sour cream baguette as a supplement for soups The two tomato cream soups were, on the other hand, very thick in their consistency, where the seasoned tomato was still tasted clearly. The soup was refined with abundantly grated shepherd cheese. Again the fresh baguette. Tomato cream soup with grated shepherd cheese Also very often in our latitudes is the so-called sausage meat from poultry, which is the inexpensive alternative from Ragout Fin. Here it was served in a small bowl. Apron meat from poultry, baked with cheese Large slices of chicken meat in a creamy sauce with some vegetables, the whole is baked with plenty of cheese. That's what the East Germans know. A slice of lemon and, of course, the only true Dresden Worcester sauce from the company Excellent. Unfortunately, the mandatory slice of roasted toastbrot was missing. the only true Dresdner Worcester sauce of the company Excellent Zirka 25 minutes after our appetizers were also the main dishes at the table. The daughter of our friend had chosen the Greek carving. This was a thick, collapsed pork carving filled with plenty of shepherd cheese and fresh onion, and was very sweetly spiced after Greek. Tzatziki, which originates all appearances and tastes from the great bucket of a large market, was presented. The dark-fried potato columns were also convenience, but this is to be done in such goods. They were also very well seasoned. As a supplement there were carrot rasps as salad, white herbalate, rocket and fresh tomato. An olive and a peperoni cried the Tzatziki. Greek schnitzel pork back carving, filled with shepherd cheese and onion, seasoned according to Greek style, with Tzatziki and potato columns My wife had chosen the turkey steak “Tomate Mozzarella”. A large, juicy turkey was baked here with fresh slices tomato and plentiful mozzarella. All on request, without pepper. In addition, there was a question from the kitchen again, whether there was a pepper allergy, as you generally season everything with pepper. Very nice. The rosemary spices which were added were pleasantly chessed and well seasoned with rosemary. Here again a small salad supplement. Putensteak “Tomate Mozzarella” Putensteak baked with tomato and mozzarella, with rosemary spices and a small salad salad salad supplement Our friend, the cruise chef, had shot himself on the Argentine cattle steak. He wished this medium rare, but the local cook probably missed the right time to take the steak from the oven, because it was neither medium let alone rare. The finished herbal butter made the steak juicy outside, but so man doesn't want a ragsteak. The associated roast potatoes looked crispy, but here the wrong potato varieties were chosen, because inside they were totally pappy. They were made with plenty of bacon, but too little onion. Salt and pepper were almost completely missing, but you can improve with the spice mills ready. Here again the well-known salad supplement. Argentinian beef steak 200 g* with herbal butter, roast potatoes and small salad I had chosen for the carving “au four” and was tense as the carving becomes in its panade when lying on top of the spice. A large, juicy pork carving with crispy panade covered over half of my plate. About three quarters of the Schnitzels were baked with the same spice meat as an appetizer. So the sausage meat is large pieces of meat with a whole sauce. The whole with a thick layer of cheese pleasantly dark baked. So don't put anything on it. However, here again the unfortunately too pappy roast potatoes, and here also clearly see the plentiful bacon cubes. Again the well-known salad supplement. Schnitzel “au four” pork-back carvings baked with sausage meat, with roast potatoes and a small salad Unsre girlfriend had her courage, for them there was the carving “Champignon” as a senior portion, our friend got it as a normal portion. Good if this is offered by the Gastro. Here again a large, juicy pig-back carving with crispy panade was draped on the plate, the senior portion correspondingly smaller. The fresh mushrooms were well roasted and seasoned with plenty of onion. Instead of roast potatoes, our friend, however, wished Pommes Frites, which were served at no extra cost or “exchange rate”. The Pommes cheerful and beautiful spicy. Here again the well-known salad supplement. Schnitzel „Champignon“ pork back carvings with fresh fried mushrooms If now this recession would be final, some GG ́ler would certainly ask what would be wrong with my wife. Right, there's something missing. The obligatory dessert. As our friend and the other two girls did not want to stand up in anything, we ordered once again as dessert: · 4x Cream Brûlée for 4,90 € For the men of the round, one more regret was ordered: · 1x 4cl Radeberger herbal liqueur for 3,50 € · 1x 4cl homemade liqueur for 3,50 € While both regrets were on place for the gentlemen, Brûlée had to wait for four cream We gentlemen enjoyed regret. The Radeberger Bitter herbal liqueur is here only two houses further manufactured since 1877, and is another speciality of the city. The pilsfaß itself burns the quince liqueur offered here, which is pleasantly sweet and strong in taste. Radeberger herbal liqueur homemade quince liqueur While our liqueurs were good from home, the cream Brûlée stood at the other end of the bar. I do not often experience that my wife puts aside this after a few spoons and leaves her dessert standing. Our chef had to answer, and his verdict was fast. From a cream Brûlée it was far away, more likely it could have been called agitator. Clearly too much egg inside, which, in his opinion, was stirred much too hot and was sticked. The service naturally noticed our dissatisfaction and asked. We explained the facts to her and she went to the kitchen. This was discussed and costly with the cook. After all, she came back, she said it tastes delicious, and we always do that. The cook itself was not ready to come to our table, although he worked directly behind the counter in sight. Of course, you can also deal with criticism. Too bad. Cream Brûlée or how to call this.... Our conclusion: we left €675.50 in the Pilsfaß in Radeberg. It was a mixed evening. Partly eat properly well, on the other hand the Soljanka, the roast potatoes and at the end the cream Brûlée not necessarily what we expected here. Since there are other gastronomy in Radeberg, we'll probably get there the next time."
