"General The traditional restaurant Unterstoa, registered on GG since 2016 by the estimated user colleague Huck was our dinner starting point on the first holiday day. The inn is located on the federal road to Berchtesgaden and was not far from our accommodation. A very large beer garden invites you to stay in good weather. All areas are flattering and thus also suitable for Gehandicapte. We were armed with umbrellas against 18.30 on the 10-minute walkway. Sitting outside was the weather nix, so in the good room. On the following evening we could sit outside during our second visit in the best weather. The restaurant and the beer garden are very appealing to the guests. A reservation should therefore be made on the basis of the impressions. We were both lucky to have a table for 4 people without reservation. Service Both on the first evening in the Gaststube and on the following evening in the beer garden we were serviced by the friendly, competent staff, all in Bavarian Montur, Dirndl or Leather pants, to our general satisfaction. Menus were handed in, orders accepted after a pleasant waiting period, drinks served quickly, empty glasses perceived, retrieved and promptly executed. The food came to the table at the same time. A good appetite was always desired. Of course, it was also the question whether everything was fine or whether it tasted what we also liked to confirm with the always empty-putted plates. There was a relaxed atmosphere between service and guest as we love them. Full number of stars from us for the service, always starting from the category inn. Food A menu where the Bavarian dishes were dominated. You could also choose interesting dishes from a daily menu. On the first evening in the room, the choice of little treasures and me fell to the dish of wilderers from the daily menu: two relics in mushroom cream sauce, fresh cranberries, homemade egg cookies (9,90 €). And we were not disappointed. The raw materials were not too solid from consistency. The reh taste was clearly felt. The tasty, well seasoned mushroom cream sauce with the forest mushrooms as well as the fresh cranberries matched well. The egg spets also knew to convince. The sauce over the frikadellen as well as the cranberries on the egg parrot, some of them will say again, that is not at all. It was very good here. There was nothing left on our plates. Frozen On the side, the wooden jack steak (9,90 € at the swamp as well as the cabbage carving, filled with alm cheese, on garlic cream spaghetti with roasted tomato champignons (11,90 €). The steak came from the pig neck, was fried juicy, delicately covered with a great onion sauce. Fresh fries. Schwager was tired and satisfied. He tasted it. His wife, the sister of my wife, just came to sleep over her veggie court. New Zealand was also entered here. Tasteful super, level of satisfaction high. Kohlrabischnitzel Unfortunately, I have not managed to make reasonable photos without people due to the lighting conditions and the full guest room. I hope they'll get a little better over to GG, and that's why they uploaded it. The next day's photos in the beer garden are all right. It was also easy to do: Beautiful weather, good lighting conditions and only 2 photos. The men ordered a Bavarian sausage salad with rye sour pastry bread as a supplement (6.90 € . Bavarian sausage salad cut into strips Lyons, small cucumber pieces, radish rasps and rings of red onions on top. A tomato bag as decoration. Ordinary portion that Vinaigrette, from my point of view, gets a little too much of vinegar, so it had to be grabbed properly for bread. All in all, but okay. The ladies also agreed: Schnitzel Wiener Kind vom Schweinrücken mit Pommes und Salat. There was the salad before. On a small herb salad there were still some leaf salads. Nice, delicious. The scavengers well roasted, with a beautiful panade, two pieces on each plate, a lemon sachet at the top. Wonderfully the meat, the panade good in the spicing, some lemon drizzled over it, perfect, so its statements. Again, the plates were eaten empty. Schnitzel Wiener Art On both days the men took together several lights or darks from the Bürgerbräu (0.5 l, 3.50 € as well as the ladies several blue twigs (0.25 l glass, 4.20 € . Both beers and wine were appropriate to the category Gasthaus and tasted neatly. Summa summarum 4 GG stars ambience The informative, well-designed website of the host house gives a good impression of the entire property. There is also a large hall where so-called home evenings are organised for tourists. We haven't visited. Otherwise, a typical Bavarian traditional economy, as you know and love it. Cleanliness Here again top modernly renovated toilets that fit into today's time and where there is nothing to complain about. This also applies to the essentials, such as the table, the best corner as well as glasses and dishes. Conclusion: Here you can eat well, experience Bavarian cosiness. Due to the experience during our visit to the inn, I allow myself to make a recommendation."
