"We went to the city on an afternoon looking for an open restaurant for lunch. We stumbled over the restaurant i excellence. It looked very busy with locals, but the house's wife found us a table. We were lucky when the next people came in. We couldn't find a mistake with this restaurant. From our Kir Royal thru Dessert everything was exceptional. The house made Fois grass with carmelized shallots was to die. This was followed by a filled juniper we both loved. There were so many interesting things on the menu, plus a table with the daily specials we would have loved to go back. Unfortunately, we found this restaurant last day in Soissons, so we need to return to a future trip."
