"I came today to visit as I 've never been before and wanted some lunch with my mum. Fair enough it was busy but to wait 50 minutes for food is a joke. Food then came out like warm and my 'medium rare ' steak not medium rare. Then a so called manager spoke to me like I was dirt on his shoe! This place is a joke, the food is a joke! If you can 't handle a busy lunch time rush, get more people or close!"
