"There is a lack of consistency in this restaurant and in any McDonald's location. There should be uniformity across all locations, but I have never seen any similarities between them. Even a Big Mac is never the same, even within the same restaurant. However, there is a saving grace in this restaurant - the longest serving employee, who always has a smile and something nice to say. Today, they forgot my hash brown, but the cheerful woman who takes orders and payments at the drive-thru always puts a smile on my face. Otherwise, this restaurant is like any other place, with wildly different experiences each time."
