"I’ve visited Playa Bowls several times and really enjoy their Açaí Bowls. However, I wish the staff would pay more attention to the details of online orders. On multiple occasions, when I arrive at work across town, my order isn’t correct. This has happened about three out of four times. From now on, I’ll have to check my bag right there in front of them to make sure I received everything I paid for, instead of assuming the order is prepared correctly."
