"in Germany we have many bakeries. especially from the larger cities, and Übach-Palenberg is not so big at all, they all have to deal with some folks who never have someone for vegan in the last 40 years (yes, that has a citation from this city, but another bakery (paulussen but, browse the internet, I found the backery cutter that has (am) 14 different stores in the region. broth and broth rolls are typical of the region. what was amazing are 2 dinge. 1. they have a category for vegan under the product list and: 2. they even offer 1-2 vegan bakers (marzinpan bar apple bag) and pretzels, which apart from some major names like kamps, are not found anywhere else, bc are mostly made with animal products. overall I would give 4 stars, 1 less bc: not 100% vegan and the sales points not as informed as possible (remember: land, almost no vegan around.) better get the lists of vegan items out if they order, otherwise they could look confused, but allways must the allergenic listings according to law, so they can also read. just watch out for honey then, as this is not listed as allergens, but can be added to some products."
