"ordered Hot apple strudel but the pastry inside was 100% raw and outside covered with cinnamon to make it look Brown Backed when I mentioned it to the waitress the response was .... she asked the other guests at the table well did you like the strudel ? and no other response. that was really a one-off visit never again ... there was no other response or even an answer on my reclamation .. bad for a gastronomic restaurant that doesn 't follow up reclamations from the customers."
