Textures, materials, colors, friendly staff, all in all great!The reason I took off one star is because I booked a suite at a slightly higher price than the regular king bed rooms, but my suite turned out to feel like a dark cave right by the busy street. Consequently, I asked for a different room and got a nice regular king room with more light but the trade off was that I ended up having to pay suite pricing for a regular room which left a sour taste in my mouth, especially considering that my friend who booked a regular king room got an incredible room with views over the entire city. Absolutely fantastic! The restaurant offers a pleasant and relaxing ambiance, complemented by delicious food served with a friendly smile. I chose to eat here because of its convenient location, appealing menu, and participation in Dine LA restaurant week. I was not just satisfied; I was genuinely thrilled by the staff's attention to detail, and each course was both generous and bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes, along with the decor, can be described as rustic chic, which is a perfect fit. I can't wait to return for another meal!
The room is humid, and bed is damp. Even my pillow smells moldy. My room also has the loudest AC I ever heard, not sure if it’s their whole HOTEL. But I’m pretty sure even Motel 6 has quieter AC than this. Come on, step it up Hotel 1. Great interior and architecture designs, but poor choice on ambient scent—Hotel 1 choosed this Le Labo scent but not knowing ZARA Homme was actually the first created this cheap scent. I also thought I’d be getting a Tempur-Pedic quality wise sleep, but nope. Even Marriott Countryside has better mattress than Hotel 1.
My favorite hotel in LA! My boyfriend and I have returned to the 1 and enjoyed such a lovely weekend. They were handling a union strike but we did not notice any difference in quality or service. Tasha at the cafe went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even gave us an extra cookie! The service at the pool bar was excellent as well. Cannot wait to return!

The service at 1 hotels Is always excellent. The food amazing, linens, amenities all goodHowever avoid booking the “studio suite” if you like natural light. The rooms, while cavernous in size are dark caves and noisy they are on the “triangle” part of the building so only a small window.Otherwise the place is great but I’m claustrophobic so checking out early.
So unfortunately I have not gotten the chance to stay here. I was actually dropping off a package but I was blown away by the atmosphere and the vibe of this particular hotel. Would love to give you guys an in depth review of the experience once I do get a chance to stay but the initial walk in is breathtaking.
Staying at 1Hotel west Hollywood was a true delight! The atmosphere was serene, and the staff, especially Behzad the barista, made my mornings beautiful with his tasty drinks and friendly chats. I’ve always have a great time staying here whenever I am in LA
The restaurant has a really cozy atmosphere, and we enjoyed a delicious meal with friendly service. It was our first time trying the Impossible Burger, and we were pleasantly surprised by it. My boyfriend absolutely loved the Cherry Nutella Cake!

Absolutely fantastic, we had a late dinner which can mean lack of staff attention. But this was not the case, we had wonderful service from Jasmine and if we weren't still full from last night we would go for breakfast!
