I had given a 5 star review not even a week ago as I have been going here for over 5 years. I have always had a great experience until today. We got a shawarma poutine and a shawarma supreme and the woman working was extremely rude. She had to be told what sauces to put on, needed to be reminded to add chicken and on top of it she barely put any sauce on them and they are dry. Such a bad attitude and experience. It’s unfortunate that we have gone here for so long and this time ruined it because a staff member was being so rude. Will definitely not be returning.
If you're looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, I highly recommend this shawarma place! The staff were super responsive and provided excellent service. What really stood out was the quality of the food they added more than what you would typically get at other shawarma places. Despite being busy, the staff were never rude and struck the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. Overall, a fantastic experience that left me feeling completely satisfied.
AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! I can't say it enough! This has been some of the best Shawarma restaurant I have tried! And I have tried many! I have been here many times and will continue to come back not only because the food is delicious but the service was outstanding as well!!!! Rewriting after 3 years. My rating dropped due to disappointment recently with food taste and quality. Rice was dry, soggy veges and taste overall was off. Both my buddy and I weren't happy. Hope they can figure it out.Otherwise I use to think this is best in town. Good variety of ingredients.
