I ordered a green Thai curry which did not resemble anything I have had previously at a number of different restaurants. It had been made with double cream as opposed to coconut milk and it lacked the frangrance/taste you would expect from a curry of this sort. The waiting staff were more than apologetic and asked if I wanted a different dish- which I agreed to. However the chef declined to do another dish, instead they attempted to improve it by adding lots of chillies! The dish then just tasted of cream and had an unbearable heat. It was not edible. The only redeemer on this was the waiting staff, who again, apologised profusely. The service was brilliant, just a shame the food wasnt.
harland place does not accept bookings from open table more so it was quite embarrassing to find for my reserved Saturday night table to find the restaurant, had no for me or had no reservation in my name! the staff found out something. anyone who is warned about open table books will not book the restaurant anymore, although they!
Our go to for special occasion breakfasts. There’s something for everyone, reasonably priced, and really tasty. Our food came quickly and the staff were really friendly too. The scrambled eggs that came with my little girls breakfast were incredible.. totally recommend that. As well as the eggs Benedict!

Early Father's Day meal with 2 teenagers. Menu was good for everyone. Service was excellent. Our garlic bread starter was huge so maybe advising customers so they can decide wether sharing is an option. it would have been for us) Good wax excellent the cheese cake was superb !!
We are never dissapointed with this restaurant. Great menu choice, fantastic service and all with a smile. This is our favourite restaurant in the area for business lunches and also just with friends.
