It would have been helpful to receive a notification that the restaurant would not be opening on Sunday. While I understand the challenges posed by COVID, it seems only fair that if customers are expected to inform the restaurant about canceled bookings, the restaurant should also notify its patrons. We arrived to find a note on the door, and given the location, which isn’t the easiest to reach unless you’re driving, this was disappointing. We have been loyal supporters of your business, so a little consideration in communication would go a long way!
My family from Sydney were so excited to eat here. Unfortunately when we arrived the only people we met were the cleaners. We were told the owners were on a flight to Hawaii and the restaurant was closed. I showed them my booking with OpenTable and they apologised but said there was very little they could do. It was supposed to be our pre-xmas treat and reunion lunch. Needless to say we were very disappointed. Clearly there was a error or communication breakdown between OpenTable and 14 Days of Cheese.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The friendly owner greeted us at the door and was always eager to chat. The menu, inspired by cheese, was exceptional, and the drink options complemented it perfectly. We opted for the ultimate cheese board, and everything on it was outstanding. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.
It was me and my wife’s second time at this restaurant and once again it ticked every box. The staff are lovely and explained the menu in great detail. The food was absolutely spot on, the steak was medium to rare and had an amazing smoky flavour. We would highly recommend this venue and it’s easy to get to and plenty of parking Reserva una mesa ahora
We had an incredible dinner, with the highlight being the fondue for four. Every dish we tried was packed with delightful flavors. The service was excellent, and our waiter was genuinely attentive and informative. It was a wonderful dinner and a great night out. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Amazing cheese. Awsome family-oriented feel service. Beautiful produce/meats/cheese. 'Rare ' and not stuff you can find at Coles ; My 2nd time and I will go back over and over again. Gorgeous ambience situated close to the pier where you can watch boats sail in and out. BRILLIANT.
