This caribbean themed restaurant is very good. I really enjoyed the crab cake Benjamin where the crabcake was balanced crab and breading. The hollandais sauce was creamy and the poached eggs was perfectly liquid when the yolk was broken. The cornbread muffin was nice contrast of sweet and moistness. The ambiance was electric! There was a very friendly and proud father of the owner who came around and thanked everyone for coming. The food was sumptuous! I definitely plan to go back. The drinks were tasty, but strong, so watch out! You may want to make a reservation beforehand. The place was jumpin’ and our reservation was in a Thursday night at 8:30!

14 Parish is HORRIBLE in Hyde Park. Got our order wrong even though it was correct on the receipt on the bag. They put a “manager” on the phone and they told me that even though their kitchen got it wrong I had to talk to door dash. They get a zero. Don’t go there in person either. Their waitstaff talks to one another and isn’t attentive. We are DONE.
Great vibe and food! Our server, Sarah was super-friendly and attentive. We were very impressed with the owner's attentiveness to all guest and taking the time to have conversation. We drove 45 minutes for this experience and it was worth it. Shout to Sarah for great service and Rocky for having a dope spot!
Food was delicious and the service was amazing! I got the escovitch fish and my guest got the jerk chicken, and we ordered the caramel rum cake.
Food, drinks, and staff was amazing. Had a great time. Will definitely be back for more rum cake
