I did not take any pictures because the restaurant was poorly lit, and it seemed outdated. Some of the flavors were not available, leaving only 12 choices. After trying all of them, only the mango and cotton candy had noticeable flavors. The vanilla, coffee, chocolate, cookies and cream, and others all seemed to lack taste, with a consistency more like icy grit than creamy. The toppings were good, but the excessive amount of ice made it hard to taste them. Overall, the quality of the frozen yogurt was disappointing and far below my expectations.

I had been craving frozen yogurt for quite some time, so I finally decided to visit this place after several years. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the quality had declined. Many flavors were unavailable, and the ones that were served were melted and lacked flavor. The yogurt was more icy than creamy. To make matters worse, a small cup cost $11, which I found to be overpriced. Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant was clean and the staff members were friendly.

Terrible service. Unfriendly and rude staff. Grandkids sitting and eating and we forgotTo give them the $2 off coupon. We had not even left the store. We brought coupon up to cashier and explained we forgot to hand it in. They refused to refund the $2. They said we should use it for our next visit. There will never be another visit. They called the manager and she refused as well. So aside from being rude, unfriendly and uncooperative, the place is a total ripoff. Stay away.

My family loves 16 handles, but I have to say this location is filthy. My little girl needed to use the restroom and when the counter girl gave me the key and I opened the restroom I couldn't believe how dirty it was...I have never been to a 16 handles as dirty as this one. I was planning to buy ice cream from here, but if the restroom was like that I cannot imagine how the kitchen inside is... thanks God we realized before eating anything from there.

Ridiculous prices. Prices have definitely risen to an unacceptable level. $26 for 3 small cups of half filled yogurt with a sprinkle of maybe two toppings max. You would have to be out of your mind to ever return to this place again. Place has seen better days. Establishment is dirty and run down and in need of a total makeover, probably how they justify raising prices.

Always nice coming here. Very clean and always fresh. The topping counter is Lways mess free. Just left nathans which was a horror. Great job 16 handles turned my day around. Plus a little more healthier..Looks like they just recently installed new machines.Tastes a lot better. It also has a better consistency.

Went ther st 830 and they had just run out of birthday cake... workers were very accommodating of my online order BUT if I wasn't able to convince my kids to change their flavors the workers didn't know how to refund my online order

Really nice if u cannot atoltrate milk products. There was a little Indian man there he was watching us like a halk... It was only my daughter and I the cashier was extremely friendly so that kinda helped.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, offering a wide selection of delicious flavors and toppings to choose from. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.

Horrible. Place is in desperate need of a facelift. Prices OUTRAGEOUS! Can't see then staying in business too much longer
