1832 - Reserva de mesa

We had tickets to Spoon River at the Soul Pepper Theatre so made reservations here as the reviews were mixed but we were willing to try. Bitter disappointment. It was Monday night so we were the only people in the restaurant up until 7:00 when another couple came in. The staff are friendly but the service ?????? .... our entree's came first as our server forgot to bring our soups. We reminded her after our meals arrived and she apologized and brought them and was apologetic ....... But we were the only patrons in the restaurant at this point. The food was ok nothing special . The menu I felt was bit limited so I would not go back here. The ambience and the bar area are terrific.

Went last night and really enjoyed my meal. At first we were disappointed because it was winterlicious and the menu was limited but in the end we both really enjoyed our meals. I had pasta with blackened garlic and hubby had fish. Love the gin and cucumber cocktail, yummy!Great bang for buck with winterlicious--only $28 for appetizer, main and dessert. Nice atmosphere too.

Selection of food was extremely limited due to some sort of "summer-fest" menu, and quite honestly it wasn't very tasty...we were there for a late lunch, about 2pm...only one waitress serving 2 tables...it took almost an hour for food to arrive...however the draught beer was ice cold and the delay allowed time for two...

A weekend outing w/life guitar performance, good cool food menu, light combo salad/pita, espresso at end is the highlight utterly delightful. Good food , good service, highly enjoyable.

A very lovely and worthwhile place to visit.The decorating was beautiful the shops and kiosks were festive. The music and lighting added to the wonderful Christmas atmosphere.

We stayed at the Charles in September We stayed on the top (3rd floor) Very private and quite nice.
