1889 Enoteca - Reserva de mesa

Thank you to all the wonderful staff who were involved in making my husbands 40th last night a truly memorable evening. Julia was so warm and was very attentive to details co-ordinating things and great with dietary requirements too. The food and wine were simply amazing. The Cellar is the perfect location for an intimate function and we can safely say our guests not only found the venue impressive but all had a fantastic time! Congratulations to this beautiful Brisbane restaurant.

It was our wedding anniversary dinner and first time at the restaurant, it was beautifully decorated the atmosphere from the moment we walked in was wonderful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent from the starter to our main and finishing off with dessert. We are not a big wine drinker but they have a lot to select from but from what she gave my wife to taste she loved it. We highly recommend the place to everyone to dine in 1889 Enoteca.

We celebrated our anniversary here recently and had a wonderful evening. We were given a lovely table, the service was impecable and the food was beautifully prepared and presented. Our waitress for the evening made some great suggestions for food and wine. Desert was presented on a plate with an anniversary message. We will certainly be making a return visit.

Amazing food! We had the mushroom entree (amazing), the stuffed zucchini flowers (amazing), the gnocchi (amazing), the carbonara (amaaaaazing) and the panna cotta (a delightful way to end the meal). Beautiful food, the best I've ever tasted. And the wine knowledge of staff was outstanding, lovely to here about the region your wine has come from whilst it's poured, and to be able to trust the staff enough to pick a wine for you that compliments your dessert!

Great service and beautiful ambience. Very authentic food and Italian wait staff! We can highly recommend the Pappardelle Ragu, it never disappoints! We are regulars now and always look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful food. The Gnocchi is to die for! I wanted to lick my plate. The authentic staff make you feel like you’ve been transported to Roma.
