I don't want to spend too much time on this review because all I can say is that this place is fantastic. I have never had a better brioche bun in my life, in fact, I have never had a better piece of bread in my life. The combination of caviar and tuna is delicious. Although my brief phone conversation with a woman who seemed to be their concierge was not very pleasant and felt rushed, the service was exceptional once we arrived. I had emailed a couple of times to ensure that our table would accommodate two separate ticket orders sitting together, but upon arrival, we were not seated as requested. I probably wouldn't return, but I highly recommend that you give it a try! My visit to this restaurant on a Friday night for the Trust Me dinner was enjoyable. The small restaurant is located in a vibrant area with convenient parking nearby. Seating is limited to a countertop where you can observe the chefs at work and engage with them. The meal comes with a wine pairing and the staff keeps your glass full. The staff was attentive and the Chef showed a passion for creating high-quality dishes. I visited this restaurant for the first time about a year ago. A special someone took me here for a date, which I found incredibly sweet. The restaurant was bustling, and we were seated at a cozy table for two near the kitchen. The portions were on the smaller side, and I enjoyed some wine with my meal. The cocktails at this restaurant are amazing. If you ask for something unique with your preferred flavors and spirits, you will be impressed. I have only tried the food from the snack and shareable plates menu, but it is exactly what you would expect from this team: delicious and never boring. This is now the only place I want to go for drinks. In the photos, you can see the Yellowtail Tostada, incredible cocktails, Corn Ribs, Market Plums, and Dessert.

I really appreciate the personal touch at this restaurant. However, towards the end of the night, the service was lacking. We arrived at 8 and noticed that the service was much more attentive when we reserved a table for 6. The service was not as good when we had reservations for 8. It's unfortunate, but I will give it another try at 6. Perhaps it's better to dine early from now on.

Last night, we had an incredible dining experience at Trust! The chefs are truly talented and provided us with a one-of-a-kind experience. As a vegetarian, they graciously created meat-free dishes for me. I am very grateful for their accommodation. The wine pairings were perfect and every dish was outstanding. I highly recommend Trust for a memorable dining experience.
