Our wait person was fun as well as efficient and attentive. The pork chop entree is phenomenal, and we were told it has been a house favorite for 40+ years. The trout with vegetable succotash is also phenomenal. It was surprising how old the restaurant is, it feels contemporary and not too noisy, not too quiet. It feels upscale but prices are reasonable for the high quality dishes and presentations. We observed other dishes being delivered and they also looked amazing. I believe one was a salad with flank steak. We can give this restaurant a strong recommendation.
The most amazing pork chop! The pork chop was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The pairing with the pistachios and the sauce was unique and so delicious! And the accompaniment of carrots and scallion risotto was amazing. We also highly enjoyed the blueberry lavender mojito, heirloom tomato salad, clam chowder, and prime rib, but the highlight was the pork chop. The service was attentive and paced our courses perfectly. I only wish we had room for dessert, because the ones the tables around us ordered all looked delicious.
Been coming here for years and it never disappoints from the service to the food amazing. For appetizers Tuna Poke and calamari then for main dishes the flounder, peach salad with shrimp and the pork chop just so good. Thanks for another amazing dinner!!!

We love the food and the service, but we were charged $1.50 per drink to be on a single ice cube. I've been coming here since 1992. This was very confusing. Please be up-front with unscrupulous charges. Otherwise, I would give more stars.
Favorite restaurant in Colorado. They do fine dining right and at a reasonable price. Been there several times for special occasions and have yet to be disappointed.
