Horrrrrible staff, worse manager. Food is thrown together no effort put in. Sad because it used to be my fiances and I favorite pizza place. I have a friend who was employed there who had told me stories after I had contacted her to tell her my experience. She had told me all the grusume, discusting things that happened while she was working there a few months ago. In my own experience I would find multiple long hair, pieces of who knows what else . It is a shame really. But I will never eat there ever again. I highly recomend toppers pizza just down the street. Affordable prices, and delicious breadsticks for an awesome price!! Hope someone gets some brains and shuts down that dump of a pizza place. 241 is no good!!
The staff are horrible at this location! Something has changed fairly quickly, used to be great, and now you get different prices everytime you order the same thing. They don't give you the deals that are online, and if you ask for something and they don't have it, they don't suggest anything else, if you try to discuss the difference in price with the owner or manager, they blame it on error of another staff member instead of fixing the problems, so it just keeps happening!
The manager or owner ? Is a engulfed idiot, rude, sarcasm, blatantly disrespectful! I will never order pizza from Main St location ever again. I will be writing a letter to Toronto Head office. This franchise operator should be terminated as there is no reflection of the standards that the website sets out!Dispicable!
Went in late one night, around 1am. We checked before hand, and saw they were open until 2am. The girl that served us was so gosh darn rude you'd think we asked for 10 large pizzas….but no we got 3 slices. I would literally never go here again, and rather I'd order from pizza pizza or something, anywhere but here.
