Pros The location is good and it is easy to get to other places Cons Staff is rude and unhelpful. I booked through Booking and fully paid but the staff at the front desk claimed they didn?t see it and charged my card $100 over the reservation price. I had to argue with him for my refund and prove that I paid. I say all of this because If you book through a 3rd party, keep your payment confirmation. There is an additional resort fee that is not stated anywhere. It cost me an additional $130 total. I was supposed to get $50 back after check out but never did. Our room did not look like the pictures online. It was very old and ran down. The AC unit is very high on the wall and doesn?t circulate...

Has a quiet and relaxing environment furnished with the best hostel easy to maneuver, spacious and clean. Unfortunately on my last day during hanging up by the pool and with a good time, we were forced to stand up 2 and move without warning and no signs for a private event of any kind. It killed the vibes and things escalated to call police instead of coping with the situation itself. There was absolutely no reason to attack the area, especially because children were involved and the group I was connected with were policemen in other states and countries that felt the same. It could have been avoided if they had informed us at least 2 hours before

Staying for a week in the shared quadruple room and it was nice... The other people in the room were quiet and thoughtful .. the staff was always friendly, especially the guy who works the desk at night. He was very helpful and accommodating. The place is somewhat older and it shows, but what it lacks in appearance makes it in comfort. The Wifi could be a bit faster, but if you don't use it to stream movies, it works great. There is a 24 hour subway one block away, and a small market next to subway that is practically open all day. Starbucks can also be reached on foot.

Pro: the room was nice, comfortable and clean. It was cleaned once a day. Also the location was good. Con: You can't sleep in the night. The guests are too loud at night and none of the staff says something to the loud guests. Even if they are drunk and play piano in the lobby at MIDNIGHT, none of the staff will care.

prob one of the best hostels in the area. comfortable beds. Plug, enough bathroom, friendly staff, gorgeous outdoor area, and affordable! only floor is the wifi isn?t big. but it is a sweet spot and right next to the bus stop. Love
