I frequent this restaurant often and have always had a positive experience with both the food and service. The portion sizes are well-balanced in relation to the pricing, similar to other restaurants with a similar concept (I liken it to a Middle Eastern Chipotle). I appreciate the option to customize my own bowl, making it easy to create a vegetarian meal. I have not tried the wheat option due to sensitivity, but the basmati rice is delicious. The Tandoori chicken, Za'atar steak, and Falafel have all been flavorful and not dry like some other Middle Eastern places. If you've read a review or two of mine you know middle eastern food is one of my favorites. It seems like this place is sort of a mash up, a sampling of foods from different areas. In the case here the dining experience is similar to Chipotle where you build your own dish. It's a fun way, but it can be daunting because there are so many choices. Overall I think the food quality is quite good and attempts to provide that homestyle experience. I've been going to this place since the first one, that I'm aware of opened up in Birmingham. I think the quality has reduced a bit since then, but still it's rather good. It's a nice departure from your typical fast food. I love the Sugar Cane fountain...

People rave about this place so I decided to go. Falafel and sauces were good. You can tell they cut up veggies for salads they just weren?t fresh. Maybe we went at a bad time? Rice seemed old too and was bottom of barrel. There was a piece of plasticbaked into our bread which I called to let them know so they can check everything else. The person who put together our foodseemed either sick or tired was very slow and dropping things and didn?t guide the process by letting me know how many thingsI could choose or stating what they were. I have tried six meals from various locations of these restaurants, each time trying a different meal. Every experience has been outstanding. I believe they will have a long-lasting presence and potentially inspire many new Mediterranean street food establishments to open up. This is the best new thing to try in the local area. Food was delish. They should fix the drink machines though. UPDATE: I don't know how to reply, so I am editing my comment. The lemonade and guava passion fruit I had at the West Bloomfield location wasn't available here. I was told the machine broke sometime ago and you all haven't gotten it fixed. I came from Dearborn, and the juice was part of the reason. That alone took myreview from 5 stars to 3.

I recently tried some tasty Mediterranean cuisine at this restaurant. I ordered a bowl with chicken, falafel, and yellow rice. Although the items weren't as piping hot and fresh as I had hoped, the flavors were still fantastic. I especially enjoyed the pita bread, it was delicious. Overall, it was a great meal and reminded me of the flavors at Cava.

I visit this restaurant sometimes and grab a bowl to-go to enjoy at a nearby park. The food is tasty, the service is quick and friendly. My top choice is the tandoori chicken bowl (recommended by the chef). Don't forget to also try some fresh bread, if they have it.

This is far and away the best fast casual restaurant. The ingredients and selections are amazing. Very fresh food with great flavors. I really appreciate the pickled veggies. Not all middle eastern food is kebob and shawarma. Excellent restaurant Reserva una mesa ahora

Wow, that was delicious! I had a bowl of shawarma and an order of falafel at this restaurant. The falafel was amazing! I am eager to return and sample more of the menu. The sauces were particularly tasty.
