I am very glad that I discovered this restaurant, which is unpretentious but offers very good food. It is located in the tiny village of Lüscherz a mere two minute walk from the Lake of Biel. For those using public transportation, make sure to arrive by bus and get off at Lüscherz, Dorf . Do not arrive by train as the station is really far from the village! The restaurant is quite gemütlich with much wood. Very cozy atmosphere, a few tables with a lot of space between them. Thumbs up for the excellent service, as it was efficient and unobstrusive at the same time. We stop to this restaurant for a lunch break while travelling through Switzerland. Unfortunately, we were horrified to see that apart from a disinfectant bottle at the entrance, the staff was not wearing masks, they were not keeping the 1.5m distance between them and their customers and the toilets were not at all disinfected. In the middle of Covid-19 and given their high prices, I’m shocked that this restaurant doesn’t care at all about the health of their customers nor their employees. I have challenged the boss about the situation and she said “they didn’t have to”! I will definately never come back! Even a döner place has more safety precautions into place than this restaurant... schade

Absolutely excellent restaurant. We were here a week ago. Everything is top. The personnel are so friendly, the starters and mains were of superior quality as was the wine from Twann. The prices are OK too. If you have not been here, do go. We will definitely go again

I don’t give a five star easily, so it must be good. Service extremely good well trained staff and hostess. Food was just superb. I’m lactose intolerant and the menu was adjusted without hesitation. Thank you. One of my top five places to eat ever. Reserva una mesa ahora
