we had so high hopes, I am talking about that my place was a hole in the wall that needed gps to find it, funky interior and bbq. When the woman and I went to order, we were told that the kitchen was blackened and it took about an hour to get our food. that was cool because we had already been driving an hour to get there and planned to make a few stops before we went back home. okay, that's what happened, they order, pay and have a place. they bring them food and drink, which was good. I called my order in 1 1/2 hours in advance and still waited 20 minutes after my expected pickup time to receive my order. When I reached out to the restaurant via email, someone by the name of Matt Albright emailed me back to tell me that this is normal operating procedure for a “busy Saturday night” and I was expecting too much from them. He finished up his email by calling me “miserable” because I emailed him advising of my experience, trying to help by letting them them know in private as opposed to posting a review. Obviously his rudeness to me was par for my entire experience and has since changed my mind on the private part. I hope to save someone else from a similar one.Dickey’s BBQ...

Great food, good people. Love the creativity and variety of selection on the menu...food is amazing....legit homemade mac cheese, the pulled pork egg rolls are out of this world! Love the cornbread balls, and the waffle fries are the best ANYWHERE. The variety of sauces (serve yourself is great. Brisket wings are both cooked to perfection and have that inimitable smokey flavoring...Love the relaxed atmosphere...my kids beg me take them every Friday!Oh, and one of my other favorite things...got a few minutes to kill while you're waiting on your food? How about a couple FREE cold beers? 3 Hoggs is the the BEST!!!

Great Carolina-feel BBQ served with your choice of meats: pit beef, pit ham, pit turkey, chicken and brisket. BBQ sauce choices a quite good. Potato salad, french fries and cheese curds were great. All dining done on picnic tables (indoors and out). Curb appeal of building needs some help, but everything that matters was fantastic.Great find on a dead-end street.
