We have dined countless times in this area, and at neighbouring Ca Na Toneta and Miceli, the service is warm and professional, and the cooking is almost flawless with local ingredients in the driving seat. We did not find Tres Punts able to deliver on either of those,and adding a little insult to injury,our mistake of ordering the standard Lechona (pork) off- menu, resulted in a surprisingly large bill,something the owner did not bother explaining in advance. Tres Punts might not be a bad restaurant but for many, but it does not in my opinion deserve a detour.
A pesar de las opiniones mixtas de otros visitantes, asistimos a este restaurante de hotel en dos ocasiones. Cada vez pedimos la pasta casera que estaba excelente, como uno esperaría de un chef italiano. Los postres, por otro lado, sabían bien, pero la presentación era terrible y deseamos habernos quedado con el plato principal. El servicio era bueno y el costo de dos platos con bebidas para una familia de tres era menos de 50 euros.
Hungry and desperate to find a place open on a Sunday night, we found this small hotel restaurant. The waiter was very helpful and the chef even prepared a special vegetarian plate for me. The lamb was very good. The Crema de Caramelo dessert is a must if you like dulce de leche. Good value for money, friendly staff and good home made food with a touch. Not the typical basic dishes. Much better than it looks at first sight.
We went when the german chef had a day off but it didn't make any difference to to high quality of the food and service it was all excellent. On arrival we had drinks in the walled garden by the pool (could do with a bit of attention) and ordered our meals while enjoying our various brands of gin, I had the best one,I believe. All in all a very pleasant experience with a sensibly priced menu...I will be back... Reserva una mesa ahora
