The wine was very tasty, and one of the two steaks we ordered was perfectly fine. What we didn't like was: Unfortunately, the second steak, although ordered medium, was almost cooked through and parts were therefore very firm and dry. We didn't feel comfortable due to the loud noise and the hustle and bustle of the staff. The price-performance ratio was not at all good for us compared to the other restaurants in Alcala. The food (or rather the meat) is tasty. That says it all. The managers are friendly, but the service is sometimes chaotic and there seems to be little coordination. It can also be extremely noisy. That destroys the feeling of a pleasant meal. Also numerous rather unusual and annoying extras such as charging for place settings to expensive fries. Quite absurd considering the mediocre service level. Service: Dine in
Overpriced Bulls.... A Cover consisting of a few pieces of Brad and a small Plate of Dip for 9 €, Chips for 6 €, a veal entrecote that was boring...the price Level IS worthy of Manhattan but Not Alcala...what a waste of Money...one of the worst price for food value ever.... I had a great time in this restaurant, excellent food, clean, excellent staff. Definitely the best meat restaurant in Tenerife.
