we were visiting meersburg for a day and were looking for an alternative to the tourist trap restaurants in the center street. found this hidden gem in the old town. excellent is the right word. from the beginning we were greeted with a smile and attention. the waiter took time to translate into English, and his suggestions for the wein were right. the Carpacio appetizer was fresh and super-thin cut, paired with good spicy and crisp salate. the rib eye’s were prepared according to taste and the meat quality was at the top. sauce bearnaise was light and delicate. all in all a great eating with great tasting eating and the best service

we needed some change from the Bavarian cuisine and this restaurant was excellent! cocktails and wein surpassed our expectations as well as the steaks! the atmosphere is so romantic and the service was perfect. the screed of the chef with the black bread was delicious. our steaks were. perfectly prepared (and as American we were amazed) and the associated sauces and supplements were also good. the wine card contained local weeping. prices were as expected

I just spent three hours here to try the local wee and feed. we sat happily on the window and watched how the city was empty, and enjoyed the local weeping and the very pleasant eating this little intimate art red. the meals are light and tasty, not overpriced, but also not cheap. the Barmann/Kellner was very accommodating and also recommended some very pleasant wines

pretty expensive, but fantastic quality and service! ! perfectly prepared steaks and a courtesy visit of the chef at the end of the evening to ask how we enjoyed our visit. loved it and can highly recommend a visit

what a great evening in meersburg! the food was delicious, especially the dry ripened Tomahawk steak for two people and the service was impeccable. this stylish steakhouse deserves my highest recommendation
