Visited recently for breakfast with my partner, hoping for a nice breakfast. Our experience was absolutely terrible, and will never be eating here again nor recommending to anyone!! The service was slow and both of our meals, and coffee came out cold. My partners and I both had sand/dirt in the spinach which was not washed properly. Not only that but management still charged us for the food which we did not finish!! I don't know how one can run an establishment with such poor quality food preparation standard. Absolutely disgusting!!

For a light lunch I chose the fruit toast and my friend the hot cakesMy toast was burnt and the mix of dry ricotta honey nuts and berries just did not work for me. The hot cake was huge and beat my friends. Much like a cake in a mug it was too big floury and the surrounding accompaniment just did not work. We had green tea which was good n hot. So for a light meal we failed. I'm sure there are better choices but I suspect the entire menu is all quite eccentric.

You know a restaurant is good when there are people lined up out the door. We stopped with a small family group for a late breakfast on Saturday and the place was pumping. The waitress greeted us and helped us find a table. Menu is extensive and the food excellent. Staff are impressive! I had the Benny poached eggs with salmon and it was perfect. You can't book so be prepared for a wait. But its worth it!!

Used to love coming here. Great food,great coffee & friendly service, but the last few times have been a let-down. Swimmer crab scrambled eggs w chili used to be the main reason for coming here, but the last few times it's lacked flavour & generosity. The last time it was bland & had hardly any crab. It was more of a 'rubbery' omelette on soggy bread.Very disappointing, for what was once a fave..!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Had brunch here with the housemates and to sum up the experience excellent service, delicious food and beverages and a great view to look at while you devour the deliciousness you have ordered. If you like trying new and slightly strange food combinations 303 by the sea has surprisingly wonderful dishes. Definitely coming back to try their other creations.

Was surprised at how quick they were to deliver the coffees, and then the Smashed Avo's. Great service given the volume of people there for breakfast. Th Smashed Avo was gorgeous, with the eggs done just right. Not lots of run, but just a little. And on a large slice of brown bread. Was a very enjoyable breakfast

Tucked away from the hustle of Henley Square is this tiny little place that serves the best food especially for breakfast. Great service as well. The only issue they face is the cafe is so noisy inside. Could defiantly due with an acoustic makeover. So sit outside if you want hear your friends.

Always crowded because it is so good. Try getting a take away and go and sit on the benches overlooking the beach if you can't get a seat.

Gorgeous fresh food that is a bit different menu from standard menus. Modern take on all day breakfast.
