We had a wonderful evening meal for a birthday party at Harrah's. It was a fantastic choice. The service was exceptional. Our server made sure we had drinks and enjoyed our meal. Although there was a small mistake with our order, she quickly corrected it. We shared a delicious porterhouse and the criminal butter kartoffels were excellent. For dessert, they surprised us with a birthday cake and crispy bonbons. It was a perfect ending to a wonderful meal. The prices are a bit high, but the quality and service make it worthwhile. I highly recommend giving it a try, even if you're not staying at the hotel.

This is THE best casino steakhouse I have had the privilege to dine at. There were four of us in our party. We started with the candied bacon as an appetizer. It was sweet with just a hint of spice. We all ordered the Ribeye steaks, one was bone in. All were done to perfection with amazing taste and tenderness. As sides we ordered truffle fries, mushrooms, sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese with crab on top. All were excellent and easy to share. I can’t wait to go back to Kansas City and eat at 37 again.

The size of my ribeye steak surprised me! It was enormous, tender and cooked to perfection! My companion had the prime rib and felt it was also delicious. Our server was excellent! Young lady, sorry I don’t remember her name but she want attentive and appeared just at the right time. My side was grilled asparagus. A very large serving salad also cooked just right!! I needed a take home bag which was fixed for me Surprisingly the left overs were good the next day

Steaks were tough as worn leather. The chocolate cake was frozen and crumbled on the plate our server agreed that cake was extremely dry, why serve it if they know it’s bad! That will be my last time I will ever eat there. Oh, the baked potatoes tasted as if they had been rewarmed from previous days past. Just a terrible experience overall

I TOOK M Y HUSBAND THERE FOR HIS 50TH BIRTHDAY, OUR WAITRESS WAS AMAZING, THE FOOD WAS GREAT (MY HUSBAND FOOD WAS UNDERCOOKED , IT WAS A GREAT EXPERINCE WE WILL BE BACK. YOU HELP OUR FOOD SO WE COULD GO GAMBLE....:

The food was high quality, but everything was over-seasoned. The steaks were very tender and coked perfectly. However, the steak, soup and asparagus were way too salty. Service was good but not great.

The steak was delicious, topped with garlic butter. The potatoes and asparagus were cooked perfectly. The pina colada cocktail was fantastic! The service was exceptional.
