Full disclosure: I went to high school with the owner. She is a lovely human being and truth be told she could have started any business and I'd feel good about supporting it. Some people just deserve success. 3SK is a tiny cafe nestled in a LRT-construction-challenges section of Eglinton Avenue West. It's far from the only coffee shop on the strip, but they have carved out their niche between exceptionally friendly service, generally being awesome people and catering to a variety of dietary needs. Their offerings-and the cafe-are kosher, which suits many on the neighbourhood even of it restricts their opening house somewhat. This place leaves an impression. Just stopped here to grab a quick coffee, but ended up discovering the Life Changing Bread a flourless, seed based loaf. The kind I had was spiced, maybe with cumin? Seed breads are always a treat, but this was especially delicious. It's a small, cozy, family feeling spot that makes food with care and it shows. Wish I lived in the area, would definitely be a regular!

Did one of her?pizzas?. It would be described more precisely as a tasteless substance on a terrible dry cracker. It was the worst pizza I had in my life. It was also at $24 for a 5 x 10? ?pizza?, but at least it means that it wasted much less when I throw away the rest. Never again. ETA: Owner, I am not interested in experiencing your food again, so no, it is not necessary to try? ?

The owners are the nicest people I know, and the coffee and food is the best in town. Just watching them make coffee shows their talent and level of craftsmanship for food prep. You will not be disappointed! Also amazing specialty items (like macadamia cashew butter)!

A must visit for keto lovers! I highly recommend the pumpkin muffin (GF), keto blondies, carrot ginger soup, and keto egg tarts. I recently tried the cafe's pistachio cashew spread....delicious! I added a spread on top of the keto blondie- just perfection!

Holy moly, the coffee here is out of this world. Excited to try out one of their vegan treats next time. Super friendly staff as well! It's great to have fresh, delicious, non-Starbucks options in the neighbourhood :

I just picked up the tuna salad, mango bean salad and soup. Outstanding!! I can't believe I did not know about this kosher restaurant before. So delicious and healthy!! Thank you!
