Guests for a family meal, we found ourselves in this beautiful green setting with an English-style house. Installed in an alcove for the whole family, the meal began with a cocktail and its mouthfuls, then a fresh salmon cut cooked in its brig with a bisque of coriander and a bouquet of coriander (which sometimes took the taste of salmon), a Norman sorbet, an excellent cute filet of pork juice to the truffle and apples grenailles to chorizo (plat!) a plate of cheese and a millefeuille with red fruit (whose butter cream is a bit consuming in the long). all accompanied by Aligot burgundy, red burgundy, coffee and champagne. The only hic has this beautiful evening: three hours in all for dinner. We planned to go early 7:30 to get back early.
