To the one star review below, everyone in the restaurant applauded when y’all FINALLY left. The service is always impeccable and the food is always astounding. From the moment you two walked in, everyone knew it was going to be a problem. You slammed your chair into our table and then were mad at us when we asked if you could move it. You were angry that the waitress was talking to our table instead of bringing your drinks which you had just ordered. They then proceeded to yell at both the chef, and a waiter and were asked to politely leave. To me and everyone else in the establishment, they were looking for a free meal. My wife and I ate there last night after vacationing in Savannah for a few days and enjoying food from several recommended restaurants. We stayed at the adjoining Marshall House and made a last minute reservation at 45 Bistro due to some inclement weather. This establishment was hands down the best dining experience of our Savannah trip. Starting with our server, Sadie, and her recommendations for wine and entrees it was the best meal I have had anywhere in years, the beet salad got us started and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the blackened Grouper. I had scallops and boy oh boy they were fantastic and practically melted in my mouth. We can’t wait to go back. Mike

The food was delicious. For appetizers we had beef carpaccio and roasted hearts of romaine. We also had oven roasted chicken with risotto, and salmon with orzo. Everything was cooked to perfection. For dessert we tried the creme brulee and chocolate torte. We made reservations for 6:00 pm which is the restaurant’s opening time, we actually arrived 10 minutes earlier, and it was the best move because once all the tables were occupied the service slowed down significantly. Other than that everything was perfect.

Diane gave excellent dining service. She used a lot of standards I like to see in establishments. She was knowledgeable and generally pretty friendly. Keep it up. My parents loved their food. Thank you for taking care of us.
