I had requested for outdoor seating when I made the reservation. The hostess brought us to our indoor table. I mentioned to her about the outdoor seating, she said your reservations was for indoor. We sat down for a couple minutes and verified my reservations. I went back to the hostess to ask about the seating. A manager was called and gave us seating on the balcony. The food was good. The bf said the pretzel had too much salt for his liking. We also ordered crab artichoke dip as an appetizer. We had the poke tuna bowl and halibut tacos for entree. The cocktails were great. He ordered a few dark beers that were also great.

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently good. However, I recently noticed that they have started charging a 3% service fee. When I inquired about the reason for this fee, I was told it goes towards supporting the staff in the kitchen. Despite the fee being small, as someone who usually tips 25%, I have decided to adjust my tip to 22% to account for this additional charge. It was unexpected to see this fee added on top of already higher menu prices, although I am aware that this is becoming a common practice among restaurants.

If you don't have a reservation, don't even bother trying to dine here. You'll need to book a month in advance to secure a desirable table. However, if you do manage to make a reservation, the experience is absolutely delightful! The restaurant offers stunning views, delicious food, and exceptional service.

I had a good overall experience at the restaurant. There was a miscommunication with my order which made my food less appetizing than I had expected. However, I really enjoyed the pretzel and cheese sauce appetizer.
