Tonight was their one year anniversary. David Starr was playing and singing and with the staff so friendly and accurate, the place screamed welcome. Would have loved to have spent the whole evening there. Would have if I hadn't have had other plans. The food was great. I had their their cheese steak sandwich. A cross between a Philly cheese steak and a French dip, two of my favorites. The portion was a value. Filled me up. If exploding was a fear of mine I would have tried to stuff down two, they were so good. Their IPA is a masterpiece! I love the taste and how smooth it is. The owner, Amy, was extremely impolite and disrespectful. She completely ruined my experience at the brewery. I am a big fan of breweries and wineries, and I travel around Colorado to explore different wines and local brews. While we were tasting, Amy snapped at us about the number of tastings allowed - only two per person. We were fine with that rule, as we still had one more tasting coming and were planning to buy a pint. There was no need for her rude behavior to spoil our experience, especially as the wife and owner of the establishment. It's important to have good business etiquette. The owners of this restaurant are very friendly and welcoming, and they truly value feedback. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, and they have a great selection of beers. Thank you for providing us with a fantastic restaurant and watering hole in Cedaredge!
