Best Cochinita Pibil I?ve tried around the Chicago area. Tried this place after few colleagues recommended their 3 milk?s cake. Which it was not disappointing at all. The sope with the cochinita pibil was my favorite. Perfect amount of meat, beans, pickedonions and cheese. The shrimp empanadas were also good, you basically get two empanadas cut into half?s. It is in the priceyside, I don?t mind paying if the food quality is right. Only downfall was customer service could be attentive. I did order aheadof time because of the amount of reviews that stated they have very slow service. I ordered through their website. Which wasconvenient.

Really enjoyed dinner here. We came on a Monday night and the place was bustling! Friendly and attentive service, our server gave us great suggestions when we asked. Delicious food, loved the smokey carne special that comes in a great sauce with beans and onions. Next time will definitely try the margaritas Second visit on 12/23/23 even better. This time I was with a larger group and we tried more dishes. We had the octopus and potato appetizer, the shrimp tacos, street elotitos, fish of the day special, and the carne special from last time. Same wonderful service and homey atmosphere.

I had heard fantastic things about 5 Rabanitos, and I must say: the praise is well-deserved! The service was incredibly friendly and quick. The food was outstanding. We started with guacamole and salsa, which were delicious. For my main course, I ordered the calabasita dish (so tasty) along with an Al pastor taco. The taco was the best pastor I've ever had, second only to one from Mexico City. Absolutely amazing! My husband tried the carne asada meal and said it was excellent too. I can't wait to return, and I'll definitely be bringing friends with me next time.

Always bustling, and for good reason, this cozy restaurant boasts a lovely atmosphere, excellent service, and a diverse menu. I was especially impressed by the unique dishes featuring zucchini, goat meat, tinga, and red mole. The plates topped with artfully arranged radishes were also a highlight. The caldo de res with serrano chili broth had great flavor, though it was quite salty. Aside from that, everything shown in the photos was delicious. There are plenty of Mexican restaurants, but 5 Rabanitos Restaurant stands out as the best. The service is excellent, the food is thoughtfully prepared, and the unique drinks are a real treat. We enjoyed our time there and appreciated the chance to interact with the owner. We definitely plan to return, as the warmth of the entire staff made us feel right at home.

Friendly and knowledgeable service, absolutely delicious food (omg I cannot even explain how yummy this food was. And sat so well in the stomach, too), unique dishes, tasty and fun tequila drinks, and to top it all off: great mole! And a fun Plantainappetizer ???? What's not to love? Highly recommended. P.S. Mexican Coca-Cola available ????????

This is an incredible restaurant! Everything is fresh and perfectly seasoned. It tends to get quite busy during peak dining hours, so if you'd like to avoid the wait and the crowds, I recommend visiting at off-peak times. I absolutely love the menu!

The atmosphere and vibe are fantastic. It's conveniently located near the pink line. The staff is very friendly. The Mexican dishes are incredibly delicious, though they are a bit on the pricey side, but I believe they are well worth it. Reserva una mesa ahora

As authentic as it could be. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the service was impeccable. I would definitely return for a fourth visit.

First time there. Food and service was good. It was pretty loud in there with people talking way louder than they needed to.
