I used to be a long-time customer, but it seems they have plenty of business and can afford to hang up on people in the middle of their orders. It's incredibly rude, especially towards loyal customers who spend good money there. The situation only got worse when I placed another order. The delivery driver was extremely late, and the cashier was very unhelpful—she hung up on me because she couldn’t keep track of the orders. When I asked to cancel, her attitude was terrible. She said it would take 40 minutes, but it ended up being an hour and a half, so my food probably won’t be fresh. Unfortunately, I feel that giving them a second chance was a mistake.

If I could give this place 0 ?? I would. This has to be the worst customer service I?ve ever received. I ordered online, showed up 10 minutes after the ready time and the guy running the shop and his employee claimed they never received the order. Nor could they refund me or cancel the transaction. Complete A**holes and helpless. I don?t recommend anyone ever support this business and from the looks they have a long history among various review sites of bad customer service!
Very tasty pizza and the mozzarella sticks and marinara so flavorful. But what really wowed me was how friendly the owner is. Other customers that came in greeted him and knew who he was. I bought the anti pasta for my grandma and she loved it. She is certain the Italian dressing is home made. Will be coming back often for my pizza fix. Reserva una mesa ahora
