Where do I even begin? I wish I had known that the Reuben would be piled high with lunch meat, as I would have opted out. The fries were cold. The kids’ pasta dish was completely flavorless, though the chicken was at least edible. The mac and cheese smelled like chemicals—definitely not something I would serve a child. The sirloin steak had good flavor, but it was overcooked to well done. I'm confused about why we, as customers, have to make additional selections when the restaurant doesn't seem to follow through. This experience was a major disappointment. It's just another reason I rarely choose to eat at chain restaurants; there seems to be no pride in the quality of the food.

Back at the hotel, we discovered we had no cutlery, which was frustrating. The calamari was unhealthy, had a foul smell, and was way too salty. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was supposed to come with wing sauce, but it arrived dry and tasteless. The chicken fried steak was just okay, but overall, it felt like we wasted our money here. We even left a 20% tip for our online order, which feels like a mistake now. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else—this was such a disappointment. Even McDonald’s would have been a better choice.

I had a fantastic late dinner tonight! The baby back ribs were incredible! To be honest, I've ordered from this restaurant frequently, and I've noticed some inconsistencies lately. However, the last two orders have been excellent! Keep up the great work, and please consider bringing the snapper back! It was definitely the best seafood on the menu!

The food was excellent, with a nice variety of options including sandwiches, burgers, wings, steaks, and salmon. We tried the French Dip and the Gyro Sandwiches, both of which were delicious. Despite the hustle and bustle, the food is consistently delicious and served hot. The waitstaff is friendly, and both the restaurant and restrooms are well-maintained. Although we're 45 minutes away, we always make an effort to return. Their nachos are a must-try and perfect for sharing!

I got a cheeseburger and the burger meat itself was very good but hamburger bun has to go it fell apart I wasnt able to hold it onto the sandwich so I ended up eating the meat with my fingers pretty disgusting and not at all enjoyable

great afteros! there was a problem with the taste of the strawberry limonade, but we exchanged drinks. friendly staff and the manager were also personal. we also love the reward program.

CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN and RATTLESNAKE PASTA was frl bussin, absolute trip to flavor town!! Go visit Taylor in Arnold shes the best.

Alexis was an excellent server. Had the fillet and loaded baked potato and cheesecake. Everything was great!
