I arrived in California on a late Saturday night and had to wake up 5AM on the Sunday. My brother was running the half marathon in Long Beach so we had to drive from Hermosa. After the marathon started, my sister and I went walking around Long Beach to look for some breakfast. Now, this is our first time here so we were definitley unsure as to where we should go and eat. We walked up and down the streets looking for some breakfast and all the places seemed to be closed! : It was about 7AM when my sister spotted La Caffia. While visiting friends in Long Beach, we had dinner at 555 and it was very good. Steak and side dishes very good, classic steakhouse menu. Expect to pay for it. Is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Is a good one.

Business is now CLOSED!! I really miss having this place so close to work. Its unfortunate that it is no longer in business. I miss it... and sweet Young too! :

We went for New Year's Eve and found the set menu had something for everyone. It was really busy, but the service was still good. Steaks were done perfectly.

The staff hovered but not annoyingly so. They met all of my requests immediately and made me feel like an important guest
