555 East American Steakhouse

Ordered a surf and turf. I must say I've had much better for less. Steak was bland and not cooked the way I requested. George at the desk gave excellent customer service until he walked away with my husband's card stating he's going to get us some extra bread. We had to ask for the card back he had it in his pocket. That concerns me because of all the scamming going on. this really bothered me.

I have been to 555 Steakhouse twice. Both times the food was very good. Most recently I had the New England clam chowder and the tomato burrata salad. The chowder was very rich and had a reasonable amount of clams in it. The tomato and burrata had heirloom tomatoes, which were especially nice. The service is always solid and it has an upbeat and lively atmosphere.

5 star top shelf restaurant. It is expensive, but you will get great service and food for the price. I had the grass fed steak. The finish is amazing. I got it with the blue cheese. Do not do it. Blue cheese is great, but the steaks are too good to drown the flavor in blue cheese. I recommend the mushroom add-on. One order is enough for the table.

Had a wonderful meal here while in town for work. Our server, Rachel, was absolutely fantastic. She had great recommendations on appetizers, wine, entrees, and add-ons. I had the New York strip pepper steak style. Everything came out hot and was super tasty. Highly recommend! Reserva una mesa ahora

Food was delicious, services was great. Drinks was doing what they need to do. Kudos to the bartender 1 drink will have you buzzed. Presentation of the food was beautiful. The lobster bisque soupand crab cakes

Its in the heart of long beach .very nice atmosphere and the food is fantastic. Its not cheap but quality cost money
