Worst customer service experience I work at the mall and I go there for my lunch. Staff are very rude sometimes they totally ignore you.. specially yesterday I went there on my lunch break I’ve waited for almost 13 minutes no one greeted me . I had to raise my voice for attention. Finally an older guy approached with a horrible attitude. I have asked for a cup of soup he said we don’t have any soup today although the menu showed they had two kinds of soup in the daily specials. How could you be out of soup at the beginning of the day it’s only 1:30 pm. I’ve ordered a chicken sandwich waited for almost 35 minutes for my sandwich when I came to pay they forgot to give me my mall employee disco...
I asked for a cup of soup, but he informed me that they were out of soup for the day, even though the menu clearly stated they had two types of soup in the daily specials. It was only 1:30 PM—how could you be out of soup at that time? I then ordered a chicken sandwich and waited almost 35 minutes to receive it. When it was time to pay, they forgot to apply my mall employee discount. They know me well; I eat there almost every day and I mentioned my job at the mall. When I inquired about the discount, the staff member responded rudely, saying they had stopped offering it.
Well, that's fine—now you’ve lost a loyal customer. Keep that 10 percent discount difference for yourself.

I don’t know what happened to this restaurant but the portion size has been cut in half. The lettuce is no longer baby greens but cheap white lettuce. The price is more, which I would gladly pay for if the food was the way it used to be. I’ve been coming here for 18 years.The staff have seen my children grow up. I'm not sure what has gone wrong with this restaurant, but the portion sizes have shrunk significantly. The lettuce has changed from baby greens to low-quality white lettuce. Prices have gone up, and I wouldn't mind paying more if the food was still as good as it used to be. I've been visiting this place for 18 years, and the staff have watched my children grow. Unfortunately, we will need to find a new dining spot. It's so disappointing!
