The coffees where good but the customer service was terrible. When about to pick up my order the barista proceeded to transfer the contents of one coffee to fill up the other. Leaving both cups significantly short of what was ordered. I asked him to top up both at which point he begrudgingly did. I asked him whether he believed it was good service and he said it was excellent. This individual shouldn't be in the service industry.

I visited early in the morning when it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly, and the iced latte was just what I needed to kick off my day! I also had the breakfast wrap, which was delicious and warm, so I didn’t mind the wait at all. It’s a charming little place with great music—when I was there, they were playing The Lumineers.

I always like to try local coffee shops wherever I am and this place did not disappoint. I was unsure of what to get when I went in so I asked the staff at the counter for the their recommendation and I was not disappointed. Highly recommend this place over a chain restaurant.

My favorite coffee shop in Kamloops! Great quality coffee, friendly staff who goes above and beyond for the customers. The very relaxing atmosphere that really makes you truly enjoy your cup of coffee. My only wish would be to add more healthy foods and snacks to eat :

I visited this restaurant for the first time with my daughter for breakfast, and it was wonderful! The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. We've found our new favorite spot!
