We have been visiting Schorhoff for many years and it only goes backwards. Staff is unfriendly and ignores you most of the time. They even don't look at you when taking your order. Very rude ! A far cry from when the father of the...current owner was still around. he always came to your table to greet you and have a chat. First day of arrival we decided to come here to eat with group of 7 since it was within walking distance of our holiday home. Very big restaurant with very typical antiek Austria decoration. The toilets were very nice and modern shame about the rest. Took a while before we got our drinks order taken but the staff was friendly. Food was of a decent standard. We mainly all orderd the schnitzel of course being our first day. Everyone was pleased. Some of us decided to eat also a dessert that was a bad idea. They were definitely not fresh and had no good taste. Would not recommend. Overal your typical Austrian gasthouse good for a schnitzel and weisbier but nothing more.

the restaurant, which I at least tried, was cozy, but not the best to eat. the prices are in the round on the food expensive for the quality they offer. but this is not what really annoyed me, as I got the bill and they have charged me 1.40 euro for two small glass lead water? who do you think you are? hotel rich in new york? that should be completely forbidden, not really sure whether they invite me because I was out of the country (although all my friends were native) or because that is simply the policy of the restaurant. will not be safe.

I'm staying in this hotel in saalfelden am steinernen sea, Austria. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean. the food was good. we stay half board and the kitchen was ready to change the menu to my not meat. I only complain that the hotel is on the main road to zell ansee, which makes it too loud that it really enjoys eating out. overall we really enjoyed our stay.

wooow. take a look back to visit and enjoy this. every time they visit, another fabulous experience will have and try to eat another other food until they find ur lovers.
